I absolutely love breakfast. Especially if I know I’m going to have an active day. Before the 7 mile run this morning, I had my favorite pre-workout meal.

1 piece of wheat toast
Peanut butter
Little bit of agave nectar
Blueberries/raspberries
Flaxseeds sprinkled on top

Drink with water :)

Not heavy, not too filling and gives me the perfect amount of protein, carbs, sugars and nutrients to keep me going!
